Ingredients

  • 1 T Olive oil
  • 6 Peaches, fresh, sliced
  • ¼ c Brown sugar
  • 2 t Cinnamon
  • ¾ c Granola, low fat

Directions

  1. ADD olive oil to a non stick pan. HEAT over a medium-high heat.
  2. ADD sliced peaches, brown sugar, cinnamon and granola to pan.
  3. TOSS ingredients together and HEAT until all is hot.
  4. REMOVE from heat and SERVE warm.

*Option: Can substitute 4 to 5 cups of any fruit, cantaloupe, watermelon, apples, etc.
