Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef, extra lean
  • ½ c Onion, chopped
  • 2 cans Chili beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can Kidney beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • 1 can Black beans, rinsed and drained (15 oz)
  • ¼ c Mustard
  • ⅓ c Brown sugar
  • ½ t Cumin
  • ¼ t Black pepper
  • ¼ t Cayenne pepper
  • ½ c Water

Directions

  1. In a large skillet, BROWN ground beef and onion. RINSE and DRAIN. RETURN to the skillet.
  2. ADD the remaining ingredients and MIX well.
  3. COVER and SIMMER on medium-low for 30 minutes.
