Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • ½ c Margarine
  • ¾ c Brown sugar
  • ¼ c Sugar substitute
  • 1 Egg white
  • ½ t Salt
  • ½ t Cinnamon
  • ½ c Flour
  • ½ c Whole wheat flour
  • 2 c Oats
  • 1 c Raisins

Directions

  1. PREHEAT oven to 350°F. Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray.
  2. In a large bowl, WHISK together margarine, sugars, egg, salt and cinnamon until smooth.
  3. ADD flour, oats and raisins. FOLD in just until combined.
  4. SPREAD and PRESS batter in prepared pan and bake 25 to 30 minutes. COOL completely in pan.
  5. CUT into 16 bars.
