Ingredients

  • Cooking spray
  • 4 Tortillas, whole wheat
  • ¼ c Pizza sauce
  • ¼ c Parmesan cheese, shredded
  • ¼ c Mozzarella cheese, part skim, shredded
  • 8 Turkey pepperoni slices, chopped
Optional toppings:
Onion, chopped
Bell pepper, chopped
Pineapple tidbits
Olives
Spinach

Directions

  1. SPRAY a large skillet with cooking spray and HEAT over medium heat.
  2. PLACE 1 tortilla in a skillet and on half of the tortilla SPREAD 1 T pizza sauce, 1 T parmesan, 1 T mozzarella and a 1/4 of the chopped turkey pepperoni.
  3. FOLD tortilla over, COOK until brown. FLIP to brown the other side. REMOVE and SLICE to SERVE.
